This site was built to hold as little about you as possible. Almost everything below is a description of what we do not do.

1. What we collect when you send a blessing

Two things pass through the site: the recipient's first name and the recipient's email address, plus the name you choose to sign with, if you give one. They are used once, to send your blessing, and are then gone. None of them is written to any database, and none is kept in any log. We do not ask for your own email address at all, and we have no way of knowing who sent what to whom. Once your blessing is delivered, no trace of it remains with us.

2. The one thing we do keep

If someone asks to stop receiving these messages, we keep a one-way hashed version of their email address so that we never send to them again. A one-way hash cannot be turned back into an email address — it lets us recognise a match without holding the address itself. This is the only stored data on the site, and it is kept indefinitely, because the whole point of it is that the request is permanent.

3. Cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is no tracking, no advertising and no analytics of any kind.

4. Who else is involved

Three service providers make the site work: Supabase, which hosts the suppression list, Resend, which delivers the emails, and Cloudflare, which provides the invisible check that stops automated abuse of the form. All process data on our instructions. We do not sell, share, rent or trade any information with anyone, and there is essentially nothing here to sell.

5. Where your data goes

The site is operated from the United Kingdom and may be used from anywhere. Our providers may process data outside the country you are in. Because nothing is stored beyond the hashed suppression list, the practical exposure is very small.

6. If you received a blessing and did not want it

Every message carries a link that stops all future messages to your address immediately and permanently. You do not need to contact anyone or explain yourself.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to its use. You are welcome to ask at any time. In most cases the honest answer will be that we hold nothing about you at all, because the site is built not to. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18.

9. Changes

If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top.
