Why this exists
Healing starts with a single loving thought.
Often when someone is on our mind, we inwardly send them positive energy and in that moment, we make a difference in the world. We are now offering a small way for your blessing to become tangible — to land in someone's inbox as well as their heart.
People think of each other constantly, but in our busy-ness, those moments often slip by unspoken, unexpressed.
The obstacle is rarely an absence of love
It is often awkwardness. And it sounds something like this:
- “Too much time has passed.”
- “There is no occasion.”
- “It might be strange.”
- “It might ask something of them.”
- “We don't know them that well.”
- “We aren't that close anymore.”
But the heart can't stop caring. This is truly one of humanity's greatest qualities.
The energy of love can be felt and transmitted without ever having said a word. Many people believe in the power of prayer or distant healing. Yet there is something soothing and consoling to the heart when we receive visible affirmation that someone sent us love, that someone took the time to care.
Simple Blessings is a portal for that love to move with as little friction as possible. There is nothing to join and nothing to maintain. You choose a few words that already carry our own love and energy behind them, hold a heart for the length of one breath, and let your blessing fly. No reply is expected. No obligation to continue anything afterwards.
Love and healing are not separate things. The smallest blessing offered freely is already medicine — for the one who receives it, and for the one who sends it. It costs nothing, but what it offers is priceless: hope, support, remembrance, gratitude.
